QuestAir Announces Director Purchases

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 19, 2007) - QuestAir Technologies Inc. (TSX:QAR)(AIM:QAR)
announced today that three Directors have acquired common shares of the company.

Two Directors, Dr. Denis Connor, Chairman, and Mr. Jonathan Wilkinson, President and Chief Executive Officer,
have purchased shares through the exercise of stock options on December 17, 2007. The options had been granted
in lieu of salary and bonus, and were therefore exercisable at a price of $0.001 per share.

- Dr. Connor purchased 29,703 shares bringing his total holdings, directly or indirectly, to 299,868 common
shares.

- Mr. Wilkinson purchased 29,674 shares bringing his total holdings, directly or indirectly, to 131,076 common
shares.

In addition, Mr. Keith D. McLeod, Director, purchased 3000 common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at an
average price of $0.41 on December 18, 2007, bringing his total holdings, directly or indirectly, to 3000
shares.
