QuestAir Announces Director Purchases Under Employee Share Purchase Plan

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 5, 2007) - QuestAir Technologies Inc.
(TSX:QAR)(AIM:QAR) announced today that two executive Directors have purchased common shares under the
company's Employee Share Purchase Plan ("Plan"). The Plan was approved by the Board of Directors in
February, 2007 in order to encourage employees to invest in the common shares of the company.
Purchases under the Plan are made on behalf of participants by the Plan's independent administrator on
the Toronto Stock Exchange at regular quarterly intervals.

Two executive Directors, Jonathan Wilkinson, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Sherry
Tryssenaar, Chief Financial Officer, elected to participate in the Plan when it was established. Under
the Plan, Mr. Wilkinson and Ms. Tryssenaar purchased shares on December 4, 2007 at an average price of
CAD$0.4968.

- Mr. Wilkinson purchased 6,736 shares bringing his total holdings to 101,402 common shares
representing 0.2% of the total shares outstanding.

- Ms. Tryssenaar purchased 4,352 shares bringing her total holdings to 28,618 common shares
representing 0.05% of the total shares outstanding.
