         QuestAir announces Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

BURNABY, B.C. - QuestAir Technologies Inc. (AIM: QAR; TSX: QAR) announced today
that the Annual and Special Meeting of the shareholders of QuestAir will be held
on February 6, 2007 at 03:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) at the Holiday Inn Express
Metrotown, 4405 Central Boulevard, Burnaby, BC, V5H 4M3 for the following
purposes:

1. to receive the consolidated financial statements of the Corporation for
   the fiscal year ended September 30, 2006, and the report of the auditors
   thereon;

2. to elect Directors;

3. to appoint auditors for the ensuing year and to authorize the Directors
   to fix the auditors' compensation;

4. to approve the adoption of QuestAir Technologies Inc. 2006 Omnibus Plan;

5. to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting,
   or any adjournment thereof.

The following materials were mailed to shareholders on January 10, 2007:

   * QuestAir's Annual Report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2006;
   * Notice of meeting;
   * Management information circular;
   * A form of proxy; and
   * Request for financial statements form.

Only shareholders of record on January 5, 2007 are entitled to receive notice of
and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
