As  at the close of business on  31 July 2010, the estimated Net Asset Value per 
ordinary  share ("NAV per share") of  the Company was 74.87p.  This represents a 
gain of 0.6 per cent on the NAV per share at 30 June 2010 after allowing for the 
dividend  of 10p per  Ordinary Share  paid on  23 July 2010. The estimated fully 
diluted NAV per share was 74.87p.
