                  NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING 
 
The Company announces the release of 5,080 conditional share awards granted on 
10 November 2008 under the Company's Share Bonus Plan (the "SBP") to Ed 
Bashforth, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the 
Company. 
 
The performance conditions of the SBP have been met and, therefore, in 
accordance with the rules of the SBP, 100% of the shares subject to the award 
have been released within 30 days following 10 November 2010. 
 
Mr Bashforth has held all 5,080 Ordinary Shares in certificated format. 
 
As a result, Mr Bashforth now has the following interests in the Ordinary share 
capital of the Company:
