Promethean PLC (the "Company") today announces that with effect from 1st October 
2010, Michael Biddulph, a member of the Executive Team of the Company's 
Investment Manager, has ceased to be a member of Promethean Investments LLP (the 
"LLP"). Mr Biddulph, will however, continue to work with the LLP in an advisory 
role providing advice and support on the Company's remaining investments. 
 
The Board would like to thank Mr Biddulph for his contribution over the last 
five years and wish him well in his future pursuits.
