    ("Personal Screening" or the "Company")
    Cancellation of Trading on AIM
    Trading in the Company's shares on AIM was suspended on 1 October 2008 in accordance with Aim Rule 1 following the resignation of
Nabarro Wells, the Company's nominated adviser. As announced at the time, the Company expected to complete an acquisition and appoint a new
nominated adviser shortly thereafter.
    The Company is close to reaching agreement on the acquisition of a media company, and anticipates posting a circular to shareholders in
the New Year. However it has not been possible to complete the transaction within the anticipated timeframe and trading in the Company's
shares on AIM will be cancelled from 08.00 am on Thursday 4 December 2008.
