Polo Resources (AIM:PRL) was notified on 20 October 2009 that Guy Elliott, 
Senior Non-Executive  Director of the Company, purchased on the same day 
3,026,532 Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 5 pence per share. 
Following the purchase, Mr. Elliott is interested in a total of 
31,199,999 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.33 per cent of the 
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
