The Company announces that it received notification today from Gartmore
Investment Limited that following the purchase of 500,000 shares Nortrust
Nominees Limited has a notifiable interest in the Company of 5,625,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each representing 3.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.




These shares are beneficially held in the name of Strathclyde Pension Fund.
