Puma VCT II plc ("the Company")

As at the close  of business on 31  December 2007, the estimated  Net
Asset Value per ordinary share ("NAV  per share") of the Company  was
108.02p.  This represents a loss of 2.3 per cent on the NAV per share
as at 30 November  2007.  The estimated  fully diluted NAV per  share
was 106.23p.
