The Company was today informed by Credit Lyonnais Securities that they no
longer have an interest in the Ordinary shares of the Company.

The Company was also informed that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd
now have an interest in 3,605,000 Ordinary shares, representing 18.53% of the
issued class of capital.
