As  at the close of business on  29 February 2012, the estimated Net Asset Value 
per ordinary share ("NAV per share") of the Company was 80.05p.  This represents 
an  increase  of  0.6 percent  on  the  NAV  per  share at 31 January 2012 after 
allowing  for  the  dividend  of  7p per  Ordinary Share recorded on 17 February
