200,000 Ordinary 10p shares on 27 July 2000 on behalf of Leveraged Income Fund
Limited.

Leveraged Income Fund Limited now holds 1,200,000 Ordinary 10p shares,
representing 6.17% of the issued class of capital,(previously 5.14%).

The total number of Ordinary 10p shares managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers
Limited and its associated companies is 5,100,000,representing 26.21% of the
issued share capital of that class (previously 25.19%).
