Following a Section 198 notification the Company was today informed that
further to a transaction on 26 April 2000 in Ordinary 10p shares of the
Company, Jupiter Asset Management Limited now has an interest in 2,725,000
Ordinary 10p shares, representing 14.01% of the issued class of capital.

Jupiter Asset Management Limited does not hold any shares beneficially, but
holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
