The Company was informed today that Govett High Income Investment Trust Plc
purchased 1,900,000 Ordinary 10p shares, representing 9.77% of the issued
class of capital.

As a result of this purchase AIB Govett Asset Management Limited has an
interest in 2,250,000 Ordinary 10p shares, representing 11.56% of the issued
class of capital.
