The Company is please to announces that at the Annual General Meeting held
yesterday all resolutions were duly passed.

As previously announced Mr Derek Netherton (Non-executive Director) resigned
from the Board with immediate effict.

Certified copies of the approved resolutions concerning special business have
been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for
