In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules and section 198 of the Companies
Act, the Company was informed that RAB Capital, acting as investment manager for
RAB Special Situations (Masters) Fund Limited, currently holds 16,353,077
ordinary shares in the Company representing 14.8 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.

RAB Capital does not act as custodian for its clients and therefore the shares
are held in a nominee account which is Credit Suisse Client Nominees (UK)
limited.
