has received the following notifications of interest:

The Company was informed on 5 February 2007 that OZ Management LLC as investment
manager to OZ Master Fund Ltd, OZ Europe Master Fund Ltd, OZ Special Investments
Master Fund, L.P., Fleet Maritime, Inc., Goldmans Sachs & Co. Profit Sharing
Master Trust and GPC LVII, LLC is now interested in less than 5% of the
outstanding share capital of the Company.
