                              Directorate Changes

Premier Direct Group plc announces the following directorate changes:

Paul Southworth has indicated his intention to retire as a non executive
director with immediate effect. Paul joined the board in January 2006 bringing
to the board a wealth of experience of direct selling within the cosmetic
industry. The Board is grateful for his advice, particularly in relation to the
successful acquisition of the Oriflame UK business.

Graeme Allison, Finance Director of the group has agreed by mutual consent that
he will leave office on 31 July 2007 to pursue a new venture. Graeme joined PDG
at a difficult period in order to bring a strategic review to the financial
functions within the group. He has successfully accomplished this role.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank both Graeme and Paul for
their contributions and wish them well for the future.

Graeme will be succeeded as Finance Director by Christine Stobbs (ACA),
currently Group Head of Finance, who joined PDG earlier this year following 12
years at KPMG, PDG's auditor.

Christine Stobbs (aged 33) has no current or past directorships.
