The Company announces that at today's General Meeting the resolutions to 
re-register the Company as a private limited company were approved. It is 
expected that re-registration will occur as soon as practicable after the 
Company's ordinary shares are delisted from the Official List of the UK Listing 
Authority which is expected to take effect from the opening of the market on 
Friday 16 October 2009.
