Pacific Alliance Asia Opportunity Fund Limited (AIM: PAX) announces that further to the announcement in respect of the Tender Offer on 12 November 2013, the Tender Price for the Tender Offer is US$1.57.

As stated in the Tender Offer Circular, the Tender Price is equal to the unaudited Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share as at 31 October 2013.

The last time and date for receipt of Tender Forms is 12.00 midnight (UK time) on Wednesday, 11 December 2013.
