Following the recent placing the Company has been informed of the following:  

Re Convertible Redeemable Preference #1 Shares

Second St David's Investment Trust PLC are interested in 1,750,000 Convertible
Redeemable Preference shares representing 16.35% of the issued shares of that
class.

Leveraged Income Fund Limited are interested 1,000,000 Convertible Redeemable
Preference shares representing 9.34% of the issued shares of that class.

The total number of Convertible Redeemable Preference shares now managed by
Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and associated companies is 2,750,000 shares
representing 25.69% of the issued share of that class (previously 0%).
