PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND MANAGEMENT LIMITED (the "Company")

"Further to the announcement yesterday of the preliminary results for the
period ended 31st December 2000, and the announcement dated 20th April 2001
regarding the completion of the staff "hive-out", pursuant to his new service
contract dated 19th April 2001, Colin Walker-Robson, a director of the
Company, has today acquired 75,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
without charge. Mr Walker-Robson is now interested in 124,532 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company."
