Exercise of Warrants

The Company on 19 January 2011 issued 265,446 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued by the Company to placees on Admission. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 25 January 2011.

The enlarged issued share capital of the Company following the issue of the 265,446 new Ordinary Shares will be 120,670,545 ordinary shares.
