                    Pall Names New Vice President
Greg Scheessele to Head Filter Media and BioPharmaceuticals Manufacturing

East Hills, NY (06/13/2000) - - Eric Krasnoff, Chairman and CEO of Pall
Corporation (NYSE: PLL), has announced the promotion of Greg Scheessele, 39, to
Vice President of Pall with global responsibility for manufacturing the
Company's extensive line of filter media and its products for the
biopharmaceuticals industry. Mr. Scheessele's new position is in support of
Pall's ongoing efforts to improve operating efficiencies and reduce costs.

Mr. Scheessele joined Pall eight years ago as a Plant Manager following ten
years at General Motors. He holds a Master of Science in industrial and systems
engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in
mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
