Pall Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

East Hills, NY (10/05/99) -- The Board of Directors of Pall Corporation
(NYSE:PLL) has declared a regular quarterly dividend at a rate of 16 cents per
share, payable on November 15, 1999 to shareholders of record as of October 27,
1999.
