Pacific  Alliance China  Land Limited  ("the Company"  or "PACL")  announces the 
following dealings in the Company. 
 
The  Company was  informed that  on 13 July  2010, Pacific Alliance  Real Estate 
Limited  ("PARE"),  the  Company's  investment  manager,  disposed of 1,163,227 
ordinary  shares  of  $0.01  each  ("Ordinary  Shares")  at a value of $0.93 per 
Ordinary Share to Mr. Chris Gradel, a director of the Company. 
 
As a result of this transaction, Mr. Gradel is directly interested in 2,250,427 
of  the Company's Ordinary Shares which  represents 1.55% of the Company's total 
voting  rights,  and  has  an  indirect  interest  in 1,427,447 of the Company's 
Ordinary Shares held by PARE which represent 0.99% of the Company's total voting 
rights.
