Transaction in Own Shares
Pacific Alliance China Land Limited ("the Company" or "PACL")
announces that on 25 June 2008 the Company purchased 1,000,000
Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at US$0.885 per share through a
wholly-owned subsidiary. The purchased shares will be held to
effectively replicate a treasury share facility.
Following this transaction, the Company indirectly holds 1,000,000
Ordinary Shares through its wholly-owned subsidiary. The total number
of Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding shares held through its
wholly-owned subsidiary, is 399,000,000 and therefore the total
number of voting rights in the Company is 399,000,000.
