manager for  QVT Fund  L.P., Quintessence  Fund L.P.  and an  account
managed by  Deutsche Bank  AG London,  was interested  in  33,450,000
ordinary shares  of  the  Company,  which  represents  8.36%  of  the
Company's issued share capital.
