                           OXFORD TECHNOLOGY VCT PLC 
                                (the "Company") 
 
      Increase in value of the Company's holding in Scancell Holdings plc 
 
 
The   Company   holds   8,333,300 Ordinary   Shares  in  Scancell  Holdings  plc 
("Scancell"), an AiM listed company (SCLP). At the date of the Company's Interim 
Management  Statement, published on the  29(th) June 2012, the Company's holding 
in  Scancell was valued using the Bid  Price as at 31(st) May 2012 of 9.25 pence 
per share. 
 
The  Bid Price for Scancell shares has been rising and at 14.30 on 17(th) August 
2012 was 32.75 pence per share. This values the Company's holding in Scancell at 
 GBP2.73m. 
This  change in value of the holding equates to an increase in the Company's Net 
Asset  Value per Share of 36.05 pence.  However, the Directors caution that this 
increase  does not take into account any potential changes in the value of other 
assets held by the Company since the last Interim Management Statement. 
 
Investors  should note  that any  further fluctuation  in the  price of Scancell 
could have a further material effect on the Company's Net Asset Value.
