    OVIDIA INVESTMENTS PLC

    SUSPENSION OF TRADING 

    In accordance with the AIM Rules governing investing companies, the Company's shares have been suspended. Those rules required the
Company to have made an acquisition that constituted a reverse takeover prior to 27 June 2008.

    In the event that the Company has not effected a reverse takeover within six months, the trading of shares in the Company on AIM will be
cancelled under AIM Rule 41.
