                     Ovidia Investments PLC ("the Company")


                                Issue of Equity



The Company has received a conversion notice from Cairns Investment Management
("Cairns") for a total of 2,500,000 ordinary 0.1p shares in the Company at the
conversion rate of 1p per share, pursuant to the Loan Note Issues as set out in
the announcement of 9 July 2007.


Application will be made for the new ordinary shares, which will rank, pari
passu, with all existing ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.


Following the conversion, Cairns will own 4,645,044 ordinary shares, or 29.045%
of the issued ordinary share capital.
