Appointment of Non Executive Director 
 
The  Board of Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc  is pleased to announce the appointment of 
Andrew Boyle as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect 
from today. 
 
Andrew  is an  experienced non-executive  director.  Prior  to the merger of the 
Octopus  Apollo VCTs in 2012 he  was the chairman of  Octopus Apollo VCT 1 plc. 
Andrew  was previously  a Managing  Director of  Citigroup's Fixed  Income (Debt 
Markets) Division and is a founder of Lesmoir-Gordon, Boyle & Co. Limited, which 
provides  corporate finance and investment advisory services to growth companies 
and their investors. 
 
Andrew will, on appointment, join the Audit Committee. 
 
Lewis  Jarrett, Chairman of Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc commented: "We are delighted
