Orpak announces that Madhukar Bhagwat and David Willis have stepped down as 
independent non-executive directors following the expiry of their fixed term 
three-year service contracts with the Company. 
 
 
The Company is currently in the process of finding a replacement for each of the 
above positions and a further announcement will be made in due course. 
 
 
Alex Milner, Chairman of Orpak, said: "Madhukar and David have provided 
invaluable counsel and oversight to the Board over the past three years 
including the crucial period since its flotation on London's AIM. We are very
