company in which Mr Gordon J Hall, Director, has a beneficial interest, sold
1,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company, at a price
of 29p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr Gordon J Hall is interested in 376,946 ordinary
shares of 1p in the Company, representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
