                          Issue of new Ordinary Shares

The Board of Oakgate announces that it has issued and allotted 1,983 new
Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("new Ordinary Shares") and 13,879 deferred Ordinary
Shares of 7p each.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM.
