Further to the announcement made on 30 June 2004, pursuant to Section 212 of
the Companies Act 1985, the Company received notification on 6 July 2004 that
Mr M J Stubbs is the beneficial owner of the 1.l million ordinary shares in the
Company, which are registered in the name of Pershing Keen Nominees Limited and
represent 5.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
