OFEX HOLDINGS PLC - GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS

The Company announces that the following Directors of OFEX Holdings plc were
granted the following options on 31/03/04. 

400,000 options each were granted to E M Jenkins and J M Jenkins under the
Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan, and 266,940 options were granted to P A
Freeman under the Company's EMI Share Option Plan.

All options were granted at an exercise price of 28.25 pence each, reflecting
the mid price at close of trading on 30/03/04. The options become exercisable
from 31/03/07, and have an expiry date of 30/03/14.
