        NEXUS MANAGEMENT ENTERS INTO A STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP WITH GWI 
 
                 CONTRACT WINS WITH GWI & PROMOTION SPACE GROUP 
 
Strategic partnership in the USA 
 
Nexus Management Plc, the AIM quoted provider of specialist IT Managed Services, 
announces that it has entered into a wholesale partnership with GWI, a provider 
of high-speed internet access, server co-location and phone services, based in 
Maine, USA.  In the agreement GWI will offer Nexus's co-location, monitoring, 
management, virtualisationand help-desk services to its customers. 
 
As part of the agreement, GWI has extended dual path lit fibre services directly 
into the Nexus facility in  Brunswick, Maine. 
 
Commenting on the partnership, GWI's Vice-President of Business Services, Claude 
Cestaro, said: "GWI's strategy centers on offering our clients highly available 
and redundant circuits to build a Business Continuity Strategy. 
 
"Nexus' products and services are world-class solutions that made a natural fit 
as added-value to that strategy.  Equally, their commitment to customer service 
and doing what's right for the customer, mirror the culture at GWI"added 
Cestaro. 
 
Fred Masciangelo, Director of Sales at Nexus, commented: "This relationship will 
allow Nexus to leverage the power of GWI's network to deliver our managed 
services to both GWI and Nexus customers at very high network speeds. It also 
allows customers to place their computing environment in our datacenter and not 
suffer network delays because of poor connectivity. We are excited about our

Contract wins in the US and UK 
 
Nexus has been also been awarded a contract with GWI to monitor and assist in 
support of GWI's statewide voice and data network. Under the agreement, Nexus 
will develop new software technology which will monitor availability and 
performance of over 1,000 GWI network elements. Additionally, the new software 
platform will provide GWI customer access to critical usage, performance, and 
quality statistics of their circuits.

our core services and we saw this opportunity as a logical extension of our 
partnership in providing GWI with immediate feedback on their network status."

Nexus has also been awarded the contract to supply outsourced IT services to 
Promotion Space Limited, one of the UK's leading commercialisation specialist 
which enables property owners and developers to generate additional non-core 
revenue streams.
