                                Issue of Equity 
 
Further to the announcement of 12 May 2009, the Company announces that it has 
received conversion notices in respect of the convertible non-interest bearing 
unsecured loans (the "Loans"), entered into by the Company on 12 May 2009. 
 
Conversion notices have been received to the value of GBP25,000, being the entire 
value of the Loans, to be converted at a price of 1 pence per share and to be 
satisfied by the issue of 2,500,000 new ordinary shares in the Company. 
 
Following conversion of the Loans, the Company will have 923,933,156 ordinary 
shares in issue. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be 
admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 29 May 
2009.
