Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules on 10 July 2008 the Company received the following notification from
Anaid Holdings Limited:-

NOTIFICATION

On 10 July 2008, Anaid Holdings Limited (a substantial shareholder of the
Company as defined by the AIM Rules and a company in which Harold Winton is a
shareholder and a director) having received prior written consent from the
Company's nominated adviser and broker, transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares
of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company (representing approximately 0.4 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company) for nil consideration to Ross
Jones.

LOCK-IN AGREEMENT

Mr Jones has agreed with Dowgate Capital Advisers Limited, Dowgate Capital
Stockbrokers Limited and the Company not to dispose of any interest in ordinary
shares of the Company beneficially owned or otherwise controlled by him other
than in certain limited circumstances for a period of 12 months from 18 March
2008 and for a further 12 months following this date he will only dispose of an
interest in Newmarket shares in such manner as the Company's nominated adviser
and broker (from time to time) shall reasonably require with a view to the
maintenance of an orderly market in the ordinary shares of the Company.

Subsequent to the disposal Anaid Holdings Limited has an interest in 24,704,100
ordinary shares representing approximately 10.2 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 242,659,100 ordinary shares of 0.01p
per share.
