With reference to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) we are

shares on 23 June 1999, the Norwich Union Group material interest in your
company is as follows:-

Norwich Union Pensions Management Ltd                       6,806,775
Norwich Union Pensions Management Ltd No.2 A/c              6,371,184

This holding represents 4.30% of your current issued share capital of
306,969,791 as supplied to us by Extel.

The interests are being disclosed on behalf of Norwich Union plc (As the
ultimate holding company of the Norwich Union Group of Companies) and the other
