Scheme, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange
and the Irish Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 241,400
Ordinary Shares of 10p each to be admitted to the Official
List upon exercise of options.  The Shares shall rank pari
passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
