purchase of 150,000 shares on 22 February 2000, Norwich Union
plc (as the ultimate holding company of the Norwich Union
Group of Companies) has an interest in 2,600,000 ordinary 10p
shares representing 4.21 per cent of the issued share capital
of the Company.
