This holding represents 4.49% of your current issued shares capital of
21,908,000 as supplied to us by yourselves.

The interests are being disclosed on behalf of Norwich Union plc (As the
ultimate holding company of the Norwich Union Group of Companies) and the other
companies referred to in this letter of notice.
