Notification of Change in Shareholding of Substantial Shareholder

The company has today received notification in accordance with the Companies
Act 1985 that, with effect from 25th October 1999, Norwich Union plc (on
behalf of the Norwich Union Group of Companies) no longer has a notifiable
interest in the capital of the Company, their holding having fallen below 3%
of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company is informed that the shares to which this notification relates are
