Group has recently increased its holding of ordinary 10p shares in the company
by 50,000.  Norwich Union plc and its subsidiary companies' aggregate holding
after this transaction of 713,958 represents 3.06% of Druid Group plc's current
issued ordinary share capital of 23,331,292.
