Headline: Network Technology Plc. Shareholders approve all resolutions.


The Chairman of Network Technology Plc. reports the outcome of the Annual
General Meeting forthe company.


The Shareholders approved all resolutions put to them by the Board.


In particular the shareholders approved the consolidation of the shares
converting twenty of 10p shares to one #2.00 share.


The Chairman commented that thecompany is in a much better position this year
than it was at the same time last year. 'We are hopefully looking towards a new
economic cycle, at least in our markets, which are tied directly to corporate
spending' - ' if the corporations spend money in new infrastructure, we usually
will benefit from it'.
