SHARE BUY-BACK POLICY 
 
Northern 2 VCT PLC ("the Company") announces that, following a review by the 
directors, the Company's policy with effect from the date of this announcement 
will be to buy back its shares in the market at a 10% discount to the latest 
published net asset value, subject to applicable legislation, market conditions, 
shareholder authority and the availability of liquid funds and distributable 
reserves.  Previously it was the Company's policy to buy back its shares in the 
market at a 15% discount to the latest published net asset value.
