Natasa announces that it was informed, on 7 January 2014, that Highgrounds Holdings Limited transferred its entire holding of 2,413,730 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to its parent company, Hereford Securities & Management S.A. ("Hereford"), on 6 January 2014. Hereford now holds 2,413,730 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.25 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
